I'm a technology savvy, nature enthusiast, rock climbing, aristocrat sailing the seven seas of Northern California, the high sierras, and the open road. Armed with a single-lens reflex, a climber's lifestyle, and a knack for web design and development, I explore. Within this site you will find my professional projects, be able to gain a sense of who I am, where I'm from, and where I am going. I am not here to chase competition, I am here to do a great job and have fun while at it.

I specialize in front-end web development and video production (lighting, audio, and video). I am currently attending graduate school at UCSC for New Media.

Work & The Climbing Lifestyle

Every project I take on is a learning experience. Whether it's a project on the rock or a project in the midst of code, there is always a lesson to be learned, and sometimes one to teach. In other words,

the best way to learn is to teach.
-- Frank Oppenheimer

The rock climber's lifestyle has made me a much more grounded (no pun intended), perceptive, and team oriented person. It has also taught me to be strong (physically and mentally), direct, and wilful. These qualities have transcended into my work, which you can take a look at below.

Art

At the heart of my work, lifestyle, and leisure, I am an artist. My next few years in Graduate School are going to allow me to grow as an artist rather than a developer. Although my work and artistry do go hand in hand, my bottom line is not monetary but rather arduous.
